Scott Allnatt
Co-Founder / Managing Director
After matriculating from Westville Boys’ High School in 1994, Scott went on to complete an IMM Graduate Diploma in Marketing. As a budding entrepreneur, Scott started his first company at the age of 18 and went on to build Prop Data into one of South Africa's leading real estate software and marketing firms. After operating within the real estate industry for over 22 years, Scott identified a need in the marketplace for a real estate company with a fresh, new approach to the home buying and selling experience. Scott left Prop Data in 2018 to launch Shelley Residential.

Josh Buitendach
Co-Founder / Sales Director Westville & Pinetown
Josh matriculated from Maritzburg College in 2009 and went on to complete a Diploma in Exercise Science. In 2017 Josh left the personal training industry to launch his real estate career, however, he soon became frustrated at the lack of technology, marketing, and innovation within the traditional real estate agency. Motivated to improve the home buying and selling experience, Josh teamed up with Scott Allnatt in 2018 to co-found Shelley Residential and help change the industry from within. Josh is primarily focused on building, training, and mentoring our growing team of property consultants.
